Hoping to determine Residual Value in NJ for a 2018 Honda CRV EXL AWD Turbo at the end of 36 month lease at 10,000 miles annually. Any other insight welcome.

    If NJ dealer does 12,000 annual miles ...what does residual drop to?

    ANY THOUGHTS ON THE FOLLOWING DEAL AS OFFER FROM DEALER AS FOLLOWS:

    NJ 2018 HONDA CVR EXL AWD:

    MSRP $31,825,
    DEALER OFFER: $29,229 Finance or Lease 36 months, $1,883 due at signing, $400 security deposit. 12k miles/year, additional at $.20/mile. $350 disposition fee due lease end unless buy or re-fi. $0 lease-end purchase option fee. Excl tax, tag, registration, title and dealer fee. ****The NJ Dealer Documentation Fee $499!

    My est'm w/ Holdback & Dest Fee Dealer's Cost : $29,311
    Waiting more info: RESIDUAL VALUE, LOWER DEALER DOC FEE & CKING ON MF.

    -1% for 12K/yr

    The dealer probably won't change or drop the doc fee. It would be easier to ask them for a lower price. But, your price isn't bad. The CR-V is very popular.

    I need residual and mf for May on a 2018 Honda CR-V LX AWD and also need to know what the % off MSRP is for this type of vehicle. Any rebates/incentives? Thank you in advance!
