I can guess on a couple:
Lease Bonus for Standard Rates
You get this rebate, if you agree to a higher money factor. In other words, you don't get this rebate with the special lease program.

That's the only thing I'm sure of...

How do these factors compare to similarly equipped Sierra, Canyon, and Colorado? General question, I understand residual varying, but why does money factor vary by model for same term when offered by same leasing company? Do offers like $14,000 off retail affect the residual value?

Sierra numbers are similar
Canyon and Colorado have higher residuals, but also higher money factors, and I would imagine less incentives.

Marketing is trying to hit a certain payment to sell cars, while keeping in mind resale at lease end. Other than that, no rhyme or reason.

$14K off MSRP offers are usually not compatible with the lease programs.

Looking for money factors for a 2018 1500 double cab, 5.3l, 2lt, All-Star, LT plus pkg, leather bench seats, nav/bose, red line edition 4x4.

Zip is 08004, have $6000 in rebates. Would have had another $1500 for GM Lease Conquest ('17 Mazda CX-5), but I forgot to change the address for my reg when I moved in Dec, and the dealer says it takes 30 days after I change the reg for it to show up in the "system" so I can't get that $1500 till mid-June, if they still have it offered...
