As of March 2018, can you please provide the following for the BMW 320i in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale:

For 36 month lease, for both 10K miles and 12K miles

- 10K miles residual
- 10K miles money factor

- 12K miles residual
- 12K miles money factor

    ABSOLUTELY $0 DOWNPAYMENT - TRUE SIGN AND DRIVE
    MSRP = $39,020
    MONEY FACTOR = 0.00156
    RESIDUAL = 61%
    SALES TAX = 7%
    MONTHLY PAYMENT = $399.32 (includes sales tax)
    I calculated the implied capitalized cost to be $39,992 based on the monthly payment of $339.32 per month

    Please let me know your thoughts,

    Sorry - I meant to say that I calculated the CAP COST to be $33,992 based on the monthly payment of $399.32 per month (which already includes sales tax)
