    This is the quote I got today in Columbus, OH for 2018 RX 350 F-sport. Does the monthly makes sense based on the numbers provided? Discount offered is like 4%. Is 10% realistic in OH? Also, what would the monthly be if do get 10%?

    MF don’t know
    Residual 51%
    Discount $2,427
    Rebates $1,500
    DAS(includes dues/fees and 1st month) $2,000
    Selling Price $54,916
    Monthly(inc tax) $733(12k/36)
    Monthly(inc tax) $760(15k/36

    The only way to get 51% residual is for 39/15

    Can someone please help with the numbers on a 2018 RX350 F sport, 7500/36mo. State is Indiana. This is what I was provided with:

    Money factor utilized is .00115 (2.76%) on traditional lease and .00041 (.984%) on MSD. All payments include Indiana Tax.

    MSD: 36 month / 7,500 miles
    Total Due at signing: $6,932.75
    (Deposit Amount: $6,075)
    Monthly Payment: $664

    MSD: 36 months / 10,000 miles yearly
    Total Due at signing: $7,175.15
    (Deposit Amount: $6,300)
    Monthly Payment: $681.40

    Money factor is marked up. (and, then, you are paying a big deposit to get it back down.... nice)
