    It's from nissanusa.com, so I assume NMAC.  See pricing difference.  Trade-in isn't really trade in, its dealer discount + some additional rebates (vpp and usaa, but not lease cash).






    The difference between 12K and 10K residual is only 1%, so the MF would have to be lower to result in such a difference in payments.

    The problem with on-line calculators, I've found, is that they often make assumptions we know nothing about.

    If you have the MSRP and the adjusted CAP cost, we can calculate the payment and see how accurate the on-line calc is.
