Dealer offering service loaner car as new, 200 miles on it, 2018 model, price is above KBB fair price. Red flag? How much discount off MSRP is typical for a loaner? Also, who would legally be original owner?

They want to sell it as new, you're looking at it as used (slightly) Maybe a red flag on the price. Not sure that 200 miles is going to be much of a factor on the car's condition.

If it's never been registered and only has 200 miles on it, then it is essentially a new car; however, you might want to check the remaining months on the warranty and bargain accordingly. Ask when the warranty started, and then use that info to hammer on the price.
