I just purchased a 2018 Q5 and I’m wondering if the Audi Care program is worth it. Of course, the “hard sell” was on and they make it sound like it would be a huge mistake to reject. I would love to hear thoughts/experience before I make up my mind. Thanks so much!

    There's a lot to think about here. Edmunds has a good tutorial on pre-paid maintenance programs. You don't have to rush into buying one, so give this article a good read before making your decision!

    AudiCare is a no-brainer on a lease, as it raises the residual by 1%, which effectively pays for over half the cost.

    On a purchase, the it's more of a 50/50 deal. It's not real expensive ($869), and if you've ever paid for Euro dealer maintenance out-of-pocket, it can be very pricey. I don't think you'll lose anything by getting it (like you might with a Honda).
