  $500 lease credit, which I suspect is part of the discount from sticker.

  That looks like an average price for a brand new until. I think you have a $2000-$3000 more to work with, especially considering the $550 doc fee.

  For Demo with 2.5K miles on board. Let me know where I should negotiate and how much to. This is the first time I am leasing a car. Would I better off buying this vehicle instead? Im new to either leasing or buying and appreciate your advice
