2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring/Premium Package

How much should I be paying a month for a lease on a 2019 Mazda CX-5 AWD Grand Touring with the Premium Package in Soul Red. 39 month lease with 12K a year?
Also around how much should taxes, title, fees be?

    36 month term has the best MF, and that is for top tier credit.

    If you want a better MF, look at any remaining 2018 CX-5's - MF on those is .00001

    What lease term and how many miles per year?
