Lexus ES 350 Base+Premium in Maryland (MD)

I'm looking very seriously at the 2019 base ES350+premium package+Blind spot and some other accessories. Please let me know the MF and RV and incentives/rebates as of 07/01/19 and I believe the new program starts tomorrow. Can you also provide new program information as well? I currently own a Lexus and want to know the amount of loyalty cash. I also own a Volvo and want to know if there is conquest cash.

36 month lease, 10k miles per year. ES 350 MSRP: $45,133

    No lease cash (but, it's the first day.. sometimes we don't get that for a couple of days)

    No info on loyalty/conquest

    Incentives: $2750 lease cash plus 1st month payment credit ($386)
    Adjusted CAP Cost: $37,597.23
    RV: $22,566.50
    MSDs: 4 totaling $1586
    Cap cost reduction: $2k downpayment
    39 month lease -- 10k miles/year
    Lease payment: $386/m
