    Guys, 33073 zip. XLE 12/36. I’m seeing posted above a bump in the RV To 65 -68% for the Miami area. How can that be and will it be an issue when trading in later to other than Toyota?

    I’ve never seen a RV difference like that.

    (for anyone lurking without signing up. I did that 2.25 years ago and was able to negotiate a civic ex-t for 238 a month with nothing down but the 1000 they gave me for my beater car. These guys are giving real numbers that work. Just negotiate)

    Ah man so the RV in Socal is pretty low compared to others around the country! Bummer. Do these RV’s fluctuate much for socal (ie is there a better time if the yr where RVs may be higher)

    Does Lease cash act the same as cap cost reduction and is it usually on top of any Factory Cash back offers? I believe there is $1000 cash back from the factory currently being offered. 

    Also this is for a first time buyer with ~730 fico so would MSD’s be OK to use to reduce the MF?

    We dont have any trending data for the RV, but in general the RV decreases as the year progresses.

    MSDs won't help you with the MF being so low to begin with.

    Factory cash is for purchases, not leases.
