Hi, can I have the money factor and residual for a 2019 Honda Accord Sport and 2019 Honda Civic Sport? I'm trying to decide between the two. 36 month/12k lease. Zip is 06401. Thanks!

Someone told me a "Good" Lease Deal should have the Lowest Gross Cap. Cost (Selling Price), Highest Residual Value and Lowest Money Factor. Do you agree?

That helps create a low payment. But, only one of those terms is negotiable on a Honda lease. Residual and money factor are fixed.
RV and MF for a 2.0T sport in zip code 07726. Please list incentives ... I tried a dealer a few weeks ago and I mentioned the $750 Honda to dealer incentive and they refused to give that savings to me. Is that usually the case?

The $750 is Honda-to-dealer. It doesn't have to be disclosed. Adjust your offers accordingly
May I please get the current (September 7, 2019) MF, Residual and incentive(s) for a 2019 Accord EX-L 2.0T? Also, assuming the MF's are buy rates on here like they are for BMW's, what is the typical acceptable pad/markup on the MF for a store to consider my offer? Thank you!

What is your ZIP code? What lease term and how many miles per year?
There is no acceptable markup. If you don't get the base MF, find another dealer.
Not that many Honda dealers mark up the MF, however.

7.5K Miles, 36 Months. Zip Code - 11210
36/12 (7.5K or 10K not available from Honda) .00056 and 53% $750 incentives
Also, do the dealer incentive and loyalty incentive stack together? So $1500 total?
SIDE NOTE FOR EVERYONE ABOUT THE 2.0T SPORT:
The 2.0T Sport has a TON more features than the 1.5T Sport, it comes with basically what the 1.5T Sports comes with PLUS what the 1.5T EX models adds on, including: - Sunroof - Keyless entry and ignition - Driver-Side Seatback Pocket - Smart Entry with Walk Away Auto Lock - Heated, Body-Colored Power Side Mirrors - Blind-spot monitoring - Heated front seats - Rear air vents - An additional USB port - Satellite and HD radio - Sport Mode Indicator/Turbo Boost Meter
That's on top of the awesome 2.0T engine and a True Transmission (10 Speeds)!
I really think the 2.0T Sport is the best bang for the buck Accord, specially if you can get one for around $350 per month including tax.

.00056 and 55% $750 lease incentives $750 loyalty The two incentives do stack
I'll admit I have an interest in the 2.0T Sport, but with the stick shift. Incredibly hard to find, it turns out.

Thanks! I've actually found a few during my research but maybe it's because I'm located in the Los Angeles area, not sure where you are.
I gotta tell you, the lady currently has a 2018 Accord 1.5T Touring and she couldn't believe how different the car feels with the 2.0T and 10spd. The engine and especially the 10 Speed (instead of the terrible cvt) make the Accord 2.0T really fun to drive (and that's coming from someone who wasn't a fan of Accords in years past)...and it's QUICK, had the front tires spinning at low speeds just by giving it gas for a second or 2 haha
Sorry one more question - When do the new MF/RV numbers come out? End of this month or do they go until end of October?
Wonder if it's worth it to wait until the end of the year to snatch one up but afraid the MF will go back up since I noticed it was higher about a month or 2 ago.

There is no acceptable markup. If you don't get the base MF, find another dealer.
Not that many Honda dealers mark up the MF, however.
