Hello, I am currently shopping for a 2020 Canyon crew cab SLE, 2wd.
I see the current advertised deal for a 36 month lease is 363 a month, 0 down, for eligible current lessees.
How do they offer that price? Is it a rebate for current lessees?
If you go by the build/price calculator the same truck would be 437 a month. ($74 more each month, $2,664 over 36 months. Does that mean there is a $2,664 rebate for current lessees?

Also, I would greatly appreciate the numbers for a 2020 crew cab, SLE, V6, 2WD/4WD, elevation package 95823 (36 months/10k miles and 24 month/10k miles) looking for money factor, residual value, and incentives

The current lease offer I am speaking of is on the GMC website under current offers when you type in my zipcode 95823

It is for a 2020 Canyon Short Box Crew Cab 2WD SLE - MSRP 32,095

I used the same model/lease terms on their build/price calculator and the monthly payments were 437.
When I enter a 2500 down payment - the payments match up.

So I am thinking there is a 2500 incentive. Is that correct?

We don't have the info on how they get their advertised lease payment. Nothing in that ad tells you the selling price or adjusted CAP cost. There is probably an assumed dealer discount that isn't disclosed, and appears to be some sort of loyalty or conquest incentive (though, they don't say how much).
