    Tier 5 adds .00371 to the above MF

    Are you sure because if I multiply by 2400 it comes out to be 9.3%. That’s very high and the base seems to be not even 1%

    Yes, it's very, very high. But, those numbers are correct for any Chrysler Capital lease.
