Hello, looking to see if this is a good deal or not for a 2020 GLC 300

leasehackr.com/calculator?make=Mercedes-Benz&miles=12000&msd=0&msrp=54625&sales_price=49625&months=36&mf=.00058&dp=0&dealer_fee=250&acq_fee=495&taxed_inc=0&untaxed_inc=500&rebate=0&resP=54&reg_fee=135.50&sales_tax=6&demo_mileage=0&memo=&zero_driveoff=true&monthlyTax_radio=true

Payment is $696.18 for 36 months/12K miles (includes maintenance plan) with a residual of $29,497.50. The link to leasehackr does not include the maintenance plan in the calculation.

$0 down and $0 due at signing.

Backing out the tax amount from the CAP cost, since you are paying it monthly, then adding the 6% tax to the payment, I'm around $706/mo, so not far off.

This is from the same dealer as the GLA deal, last month?
I'm surprised that they can't enter your rates from Michigan, and make the acquisition fee adjustments for an employee deal. Seems convoluted. But, even with me estimating, $10/mo off isn't bad.

Why get a two year maintenance plan, if you are leasing for three years?
Also, it doesn't appear they've added the maintenance plan cost to the MSRP, for the purposes of calculating the residual. Most Mercedes dealers do this.

This isn't an amazing deal... just okay.

Good morning! The dealer added the maintenance plan when I was considering a 30 month lease, and didn't remove it from this worksheet, but I don't intend to purchase the maintenance plan.

Yes, it's the same dealer as the one for the GLA. The rep claims the tax is part of the payment total, but the worksheet shows it as a total figure, which is why he entered $1100 dealer cash to offset the $600 in the acquisition fee total.

This deal will pull me out of my current lease 7 months early and no 1st month payment, but I agree, it feels good, but not great.

I would ask them if they can residualize maintenance, and the cost for a 3 year plan.

If they can residualize it, that cuts the effective cost in half.

Question about the May incentives for Mercedes Benz. Is there a $500 dealer cash offer, or $1100?

Also, a dealer offered me $1500 loyalty cash in an offer, but the current dealer I'm working with never mentioned such offer. Is the $1500 loyalty cash separate from the dealer cash incentive? And again, should the dealer cash be $500 or $1100, thanks?

The dealer cash incentive is $500
But, it is the dealer's money. You likely won't see it mentioned.

Okay. Well maybe the $1500 loyalty cash the other dealer offered is something through that particular dealership. Thanks!

Good Morning. Is knowing the invoice price necessary when leasing a vehicle? I've been focused on getting the cap cost at a certain amount based on the MSRP, but should I be focused on the invoice price instead? I'm down to final negotiations on the 2020 GLC 300 4Matic with the dealership in OH, and I'm just feeling that they can give a bit more off the MSRP.

    Here is where we are:

    MSRP $54,625
    Cap Cost $49,625
($495 acquisition fee, $250 doc fee, $135.50 title & registration)

10K miles for 36 months, $659.20 payment (6% monthly sales tax)

I still have 7 payments left on my existing lease, and they're paying those off. They're making the 1st month's payment on the new lease, and they're paying the cost to deliver the new vehicle to Michigan, and take the existing vehicle back. The $595 disposition fee is being waived on the existing lease.

Should I press for more off the MSRP, or is this a pretty good deal considering, I'm existing my existing lease 7 months early?

    Sorry, we don't track pricing.

I don't see where knowing the invoice price is going to help you.

Happy Memorial Day! Does anyone happen to know when the Mercedes Benz June incentives will be released, and if the MF and RVs will change for June?

June programs will be released on 6/2/2020. May be a day or two before we see them.
