    Thank you for the numbers. One question, is the MF given by the dealer negotiable? The dealer told me that MF is set by the manufacturer and cannot be changed. My current 2017 E300 lease has a much lower MF .00116

    The base MF is set by the bank. But, the dealer can mark it up for more revenue.

    so are the MF you provided (.00164 and 56%/AWD - .00151 and 56% ) the base MF which means the lowest rate dealer can provide, correct? Thank you.

    Correct.

    You can buy it down by using multiple security deposits, or agreeing to do a one-pay lease.
