If you're in B-town we should ask if Loosh will be performing live. I'd be up for that.

I win! So far, the only point I have scored on is the Subaru ownership so I low score at 20.
Now if you count non pet wildlife around the place, I may score better as I have about ten possums dancing on the cables out the front. We refer to them as Possum Highways here as they would rather run along the cables than through the trees. Where they are strung onto the house, it twangs like a guitar string and the metal roof deck resonates like a guitar.
As to snow, we are just into a warmish start to summer. The kids have been in the pool although I reckon they have pushed icebergs aside to do so. It has been so hot these past few days that the Outback AirCon is working overtime
Not sure whether that will make you feel envious.
Cheers

But Tom wins, easily, because he earned 1000 bonus points for this Ford Exploder photo he took in Canada:
You can clearly see his non-burning Outback in the first photo, along with a call to 911 for assistance. Though it looks like he actually used the cell phone as a trigger to blow up the car. Maybe the Ford owner bought a Subaru and didn't want to see the Ford ever again?

Just remember, in spite of this shortcoming, Edmund's Town Hall is still a wonderful resource that is totally free (and will hopefully remain that way).

Wow, amazing exploder photos.
Dennis
So if any of you are upgrading let me know.

I only learned of the details regarding this fire several days later. A young couple and their 4 yr. old son took their one day old Ford Exploder for a drive up our local ski hill. After smelling something burning, they stopped on the side of the road. They just had just enough time to remove their son from his car seat in the rear before the car became totally involved. They then hitched a ride up the mountain with the next passing car and were gone when I arrived. It was a relief to discover that no one was inside!
and.... as Ross said, believe it or not, they replaced the Exploder with another one!

I had two Explorers back-to-back... traded the '91 for a '96 - loved 'em both, but still glad I have the OB now. Would I have another? Maybe - but the 02's area a bit ugly, IMHO.
Cheers!

Smoked turbot on rally bread, yum! We could even make s'mores for dessert! I'm hungry now. Again.
Let's see, my key factors for buying my next car will be:
1. A "Blitzen" badge
2. AWD
3. 200+hp
4. Price under $30k
5. A balance of all the other stuff

'88 XT6-4EAT
Sold: '88 MX6
Buying: '89 XT6-5MT
Yeah the air suspension works on the '89, but I want to convert it over as one of the first mods. Although I'm considering making it into a TT now, so I may forget the suspension for now. We are gonna shoot for the 250hp range on the 2.7L H6
-mike
The suspension's still good, eh? Why not leave it, then? Don't you need some work on the heads?
