Mazda dealers can markup the rate by .00050 over the base. Tell them you want the base rate

Not familiar with Mazda MSD program. Seems doubtful it would be valid with the special lease programs.

Ooh, I just found a different option that's a red herring in my area where it's usually all AWD. zip 48009
FWD 21 FrontWD GT 36/10 (for mine) or 36/12 (for another person seeking same car)
It will price more aggressively, and I'm happy with winter tires instead of the oversold AWD.

The salesman and I were very far apart on numbers. I was looking at a grand touring without the premium package. MSRP was $33455, the dealer discounted price on their website was $32,163. I ran the numbers through leasehackr's calculator and expected to be around $2500 DAS between $380 and $400 a month but the salesman told me he was at $2500 DAS and $465 a month ( taxes included).

I'm in Queens NYC so tax is 8.875%, I believe Mazda's inception fee is $650 and I'm not sure of the government fees but I kept them at $400 which is default. Otherwise I just ran the numbers with the residual of 61% and .00097 MF for 12,000 a year. Did I make a mistake with leasehackr?

It's possible the dealer is marking up the MF.

Ask them for a copy of their lease worksheet, then we can run the numbers.

I wouldn't assume the website price is the one they used to calculate your payment
