I'm looking for some details on a 2021-cx-5 signature lease. Is the money factor and Residual rates negotiable? Also are you seeing any current details on payment and price.

    What lease term and how many miles per year?

    The residual is fixed by the bank, but the MF can be marked up by the dealer for more profit.

    I'm also getting 59 vs 58 % reidual factor from two different dealerships. I guess that's not a a big difference

    .00159 MF and 59% residual

    If dealerships give you two different residuals for the same car, then one of them is wrong.
