    It is for Florida.

    Ridiculously egregious in any normal section of the country. ;)

    For example, quite a few states restrict it.

    NY: $75
    OH: $250
    MD: $300
    CA: $85

    Why is the residual value of a Lincoln continental so low for a 36 month 12k miles a year lease? Hovering around 53% is pretty low in my opinion for a luxury vehicle.
