Sorry, we don't have the residuals for the 2021 Maxima, this month.

I just got a lease quote on a 2021 Maxima 40th Anniversary and it was terrible.
They didn't have all the numbers - as you've noted, no residuals in Nov or Dec.
Nissan does NOT want to lease this car.

Dealers hands are tied. NMAC is forcing their hand to 2020’s.
But it’s stupid because who is going to pay $46k for a 40th anniversary whose value will drop faster than an emerging economy in 2021.

My numbers - based on what presented to me and not official - were:
1. Residual (Platinum/40th) = 49% (36/10)
2. Money down $1200
3. MF = .0005 (I thought it was .000256, but guess I’m wrong)

This comes out to $660/month for all-in; core lease is $523 and rolling in tax adds $45/month.

From my recent experience, dealers have few - if any 2021. Nissan (NMAC) doesn't want to lease these.
Stick with a 2020 - much better deals. The only difference I can see is a slight infotainment hardware update.

My local dealer only has 2021 and I used to work with the salesman there.
I am not sure if it is available or not, but I do see a 2020. I do NOT like the interior though. It is the gross rakuda tan

The residual listed is exactly 52% of MSRP. What is it that you see that doesn't match up?

i am trying to duplicate this deal on a lease calculator, but there seems to be a big discrepancy between what is advertised and what i am coming up with if i punch in those numbers:

The vehicle comes with a discount, but it isn't disclosed in the advertisement.
The calculator is adding in DMV and dealer fees, but the ad doesn't include those.

The ad gives the adjusted CAP cost. With the rest of this info, you can figure out the lease payment with pencil and paper (and a calculator). It's hard to see what is going on behind the scenes with a lease calculator.

i guess that is where i was confused, i would have thought that any discount to the vehicle would have been reflected in the incentives. i guess it is a package deal.
