    Hello,
    Under the Treadwear Rating section it says, "The reference number is 100, so a tire with a treadwear rating of 200 has an 80 percent longer predicted tread life,..." But I think it should say that, "a treadwear rating of 200 has an 100 percent longer predicted tread life", or, alternatively, "a treadwear rating of 180 has an 80 percent longer predicted tread life".

    Great article, very useful, thanks! One thing, the graphic of the tire points out the "M + S" as "Severe snow conditions", however, I did not see any explanation in the article for what the M, +, and S stand for and could there be other letters or numbers found here that represent something else.

    M = Mud
    S = Snow
