current offer is 36mo/10k with 2500DAS+ dmv, monthly payment 275. Goal is that DAS, with 250/month. Would it make sense?
What is the MSRP? What is the selling price? What is the breakdown of the $2500 DAS?

MSRP is 27,060. Selling price is 26500 (not sure if accurate, it's listed on their website). The breakdown I assume, is tax, acquisition fee, first month payment. Sorry, first time leasing, still learning about from experience. Thank you for your valuable input.
Get the actual numbers that go with the dealer quote. That might show you where you can negotiate.

I took the lowest price I found on Truecar and sent emails off to the local Mazda dealerships in the area. Was pleasantly surprised by the numbers I got back!
Working on the final details. Might be able to knock even a few more dollars, but should be signing tomorrow.

Have you told the dealers you are leasing? If not, the prices you got back may change, and not for the better.

I can't remember the exact sale price but I think it was 9.1% off MSRP of $28100. $2000 DAS $265/mo incl tax 36 months/12k months
We added GAP as well, which I think we got screwed on. $1050. But thats mostly my fault because I didn't do the research here. Brings our total monthly to $299/month, which still seemed fair since the most competitive price I was able to find for this trim was north of $308/month.
How did I do? How badly did we get charged on GAP (keep in mind this is in california, where auto insurance is expensive as hell).

I can't help you with the GAP cost, but over all, relative to MSRP, you did just fine.
