    Thanks for the help @Michaell. Got a great deal on a 2021 Legacy Limited XT. Negotiated the cap cost down nearly 13% from MSRP of $35,623 and was able to get the prime MF that you quoted, instead of the marked up MF they included. Knowledge is power!

    Full deal:
    $31,105 Cap Cost (36/10). Paid Acq, dealer fees, and initial taxes upfront so my monthly is as low as possible (just depreciation + rent + tax) = $339.43.

    Hello, I requested a MF and RV for a 2021 Touring XT trim a few days back and received it, so thank you for that.

    I did have a question though, I am working with 3 dealers and they all are saying that the MF that was given to me here for my zip code simply does not exist through Subaru Financial even for top tier credit. I am curious as to why this may be. Thank you

    Dealers can markup the rate by as much as .00050 for extra profit.

    Just wanted to update:

    Got a black 2021 Touring XT fully loaded with an MSRP of $37,746. $400/month OTD on a 36 mo/10k year lease with $0 down. Second lowest offer I had was $409/month with $500 down and I had worked with 8 Subaru dealers in total. 6 of them wouldn’t budge below $434/month with $500-$1k down.

    I feel like I got the best deal possible.

    Yeah, if you want to buy last year's model, once the new one's come out, you will probably get a lower price.

    Also, there is no point in shopping for a car that you don't need. If you can wait until November, you don't need a car.
