He had the number wrong, was not 56%, but I was quoted 68% for 2021 denali 4x4 crew 36/12.

68% is the 36/15 residual. +2% for 12K/yr

Given his last quote, I wouldn't put much stock in it, until I saw it on a lease contract.

36mos.
12k miles/year
$0 due at signing (dealer paid all fees and 1st month payment, or rolled it into lease calculation)

MSRP: $43,030

RV 70%
Monthly payment incl. tax $355

If my calculations are right I got about $5k cap cost reduction. Zip code is 33710.

What is your location?

If they are quoting the rate as a percentage, it may not be a GMF lease, as they use the decimal MF numbers.

(and, 63% is the 39/15 residual)
