    I was recently quoted the following lease on a ‘21 Forester base model.

    Msrp: 27,577 (includes the transport fee, should it?)
    - my calc on the msrp is $600 less than their number (above) based on the sticker they gave me. Not sure what else could be in there?

    Selling price: 25,390

    Term: 36 months / 10k

    MF: 00135

    RV: 65%

    Monthly: $265.84

    Due at signing: $2,090 (includes first monthly payment (265), $595 of acq fee, taxes of approx $902 and the rest are dmv fees of tire fee (13), doc fee (75) registration (230) and inspection (10)

    Seems fair to me but I’m new to leasing. Any thoughts?
