2021 Audi RSQ8 Lease Deals and Prices

I did not see a thread for the RSQ8, so I figured that I would start one.

For a 3/12k lease, I have gotten quoted .00206 MF and 53% residual on a 2021 RSQ8, window sticker ~ $145k. What is the current AFS base rate for this vehicle? Does the residual seem reasonable? Zip code is 07072

What do we expect to happen with MF and residuals in January of 2021?
