New XC90 Lease to replace Expiring XC60 Lease

The lease on my XC60 is set to expire in the next 3 months. I'm considering an XC90 as its replacement. I have several questions, so bare with me. There are two models on my list;
1) T8 eAWD Plug-In Hybrid Inscription 6 Passenger (MSRP: $70,250 - Invoice: $66,035)
2) T6 AWD Inscription 6 Passenger (MSRP: $63,750 - Invoice: $59,925)
Question #1:
What are the money factors and residuals for both models, 39 months, 20k per year.
Question #2:
As a current of a Volvo, what bonuses do I qualify for with the above models? I've seen $500 Lease retention bonuses and another lease bonus from $2,750 and $3,700. I've heard of loyalty bonuses...
Located in North Carolina.

    We only have residuals up to 15K/yr, and the 36 month term is much better than 39 months.
    Do you want the 36/15 numbers?

    Also, I'd assume that buying mileage up front does not affect the MF, but is there anywhere I can find how much it reduces the residual?

    You'll have to ask a dealer. It's likely in the $0.20/mile area, for everything above 15K/yr ($3000 residual reduction, if that is the number)

    36/15
    1) .00128 MF and 54% residual. $3000 lease bonus
    2) .00120 MF and 53% residual. $2750 lease bonus

    $500 loyalty
    $500 retention bonus (XC60 qualifies)
