    2021 M850 - MSRP $111,730 - BMW wants to keep loan at 90% total which I'd have to give a downpayment of about $12,500... What would the best number be for a lease at 36/15k zip 78501. Thank you.

    A shot in the dark, but how does this deal look:
    2021 BMW M850i
    MSRP: $114,115.00
    Discount: $13,050 (loyalty, "flagship", discount)
    Sales price: $101,065

    With $5k down out the door it's $1,400 a month, 10k miles per year for 36 mos.

    Is this enough to give a thumbs up or thumbs down on what kind of deal I'm getting?
