    MRM
    The MRM restricts the maximum MSRP used to calculate the residual on a lease. If you have a highly optioned unit that has an MSRP that exceeds the MRM, then the residual amount is capped at the lower number (MRM). Lower residual results in higher depreciation and a higher payment (than it otherwise would be, with no CAP).
    If the MSRP of the unit you want to lease is below the MRM, then it has no effect.

    The MF and RV for the 2021 Taycan 4S seem to almost be standard nationally. So does this mean the only point of negotiation (besides term and mileage) when it comes to a lease is the final cap cost of the vehicle??

    The dealer may try to mark up the MF on you for extra profit.

    So which values can I as the leasee negotiate besides the cap cost of the vehicle? Any suggestions on where I would have leverage? Also is the best time to ink a deal in the last business day of the month or is this just urban legend?
