    Hello all. Looking for the MF and RV for a 2022 Prius Prime XLE with $0 down and 12k miles per year for 36 months for the zip code 92136. Any incentives for the same zip code please, (we are Military)?

    Also, is it true the Federal EV credit is only applicable when purchasing, and not applicable when leasing?

    Correct, unless the bank passes along the tax credit as an incentive (and, Toyota is not), you do not qualify for the tax credit when you lease.
