    My dealer in 77478 told me MF for a Prestige 36/10 was 0.00252, which sounds REALY high. Wanted to confirm the above numbers in the nearby 77002 (MF 0.00169) for Dec before confronting them about it? Thanks!

    .00169 is the base MF.

    Dealer can mark it up for extra profit. Your dealers seems to be availing themselves of that option.

    Just can't wrap my head around how it went up so much. That's 15% higher than November. I know there are other factors, but the US10Y dipped in Dec but was essentially flat comparing Nov 21 to Jan 22, so I would have expected the MF to be relatively flat as well.

    Don't try to correlate the MF to any of the Fed benchmark rates - you'll just frustrate yourself.

    Remember, we are in a market where supply is constrained, so prices will rise. Manufacturers do this by raisig the MF for leased cars (and, that doesn't take into consideration any markup the dealer may try to tack on).

    I confirm .00190 MF for 36 months, and .00210 MF for 42 months.

    Not a great time to be in the market.

    What is the base MF and residual for a 2022 SQ8 prestige 36/15?

    Also is there a cap on the allowable increase in base MF? .00040 something like that?

    I think Audi's max markup is .00125. I may be off a little on that, but it is very high.
