    Hello can you provide MF, residual, incentives including loyalty for 2022 rx350 awd luxury pkg. in zip 40503. 36&39/7.5k.

    Also, I have a 2019 ES 350 that has 12 months on it’s current lease. Whether I keep it or sell it, wouldn’t i I still qualify for loyalty? Or does Lexus have specific stipulations for qualifying?

    Hope you are all well.

    I have a few pre-emptive questions. I have a friend relocating to Atlanta, GA (zip 30009) in a month or two (March '22) and would like to lease or buy an RX. Now you (kyfdx & Michael) have helped me in the past with the lease of our last 2 RXs on which we got a $9.5k and a $11k discount on msrp in that order.

    My questions are :
    1. Whether dealers will offer those discounts in March '22 (if the supply shortage is still an issue) ?
    2. What kinda discount are people seeing on top of the published discounts ?
    3. Is it better to lease or buy an RX in the current market in March '22 ?
    4. How do pre-owned/used compare to new in this market ?

    Appreciate your guidance as always.

    4. Not much difference between a new 2022 RX and a 2019 RX, I think. But, used car prices are through the roof, so not sure that there will be a huge savings

    Glad I asked. I thought there was 1,500 lease cash. Is that only for certain terms/trims? I thought the website said texas qualifies.
