    Also--how common is it to actually get the buy rate MF? I'm looking at deals with a BMW X1 and the QX50 and every dealer I talk to marks the MF up by about 1%. Is that standard or can I expect to actually get the buy rate?

    Supply/demand varies.
    How common is it to pay MSRP or over?

    If you'd asked two years ago, the answer would be rarely, but times change.
