    $445/mo doesn't seem like a great lease value for a $24K car. You could almost finance it for 60 months at that payment.

    Ohh I see. So your saying just buy it and pay financing 445 x 60 months = 26k vs leasing it 445 x 36 = 16k. Costs 10k extra spread over 2 extra years but at least we own the car at that payment?

    Any wisdom you can give is appreciated. I'm novice at this.

    2.75% APR for 60 months with top tier credit.

    Assuming 9% sales tax, you'd be financing about $26K, and the payment would be $464/mo for 60 months.

    Possible to get the MF and residual for 2022 Kia Forte GT (full GT model, 1.6 turbo- Automatic) for 24 months and 36 months? For both 12,000 and 15,000 a year as well with any incentives, located in Miami, Florida (33018).
