    Also I was quoted 9% off sticker for GMS family/employee lease. Did GM raise margins as it used to be closer to 20% off sticker. Thank you

    Tell me your all your listed options and I’ll look up what that price would roughly be for you. The good dealers will print out and show you invoice. XT6 gets a decent discount.

    Got mine in July. Couple dealers were not honoring GM employee, but most were. Trouble was stock on sports Feb thru July. It was like whack a mole.

    Also if you see dealers with cash discount/sale price listed on their site, that’s usually pretty close to employee.

    Yes, the dealer can mark up the base MF rate for extra profit. Though, .00010 seems like a pretty small markup.

    Yup, tier 1. I am getting supplier pricing & an additional $2500 in rebates. In total, discounts add to about $5,975. Not as much as 3 years ago but in this market, at least I amm not overpaying. I know its a small rate increase but I don't like being lied to, especially when I asked them multiple times. Not a big deal really but when I go back to finalize today, I will see their response when I question the finance dept. about it one last time.

    Tell dealer you want GMF rate or no go. I always start off knowing the rate and residual prior to walking in door and let them know I expect GMF rate. But be prepared to politely walk. Also check another dealer to see if they will do it. And if other dealer will and is farther away, ask them for want Cadillac VIP delivery.

    On a $65k deal with some incentives that’s about $80/month difference.

    Yes thank you. They came back and verified rate is 0.00111. Verified residual prior but was waiting on MF. I also called a manager I know out of my market and he confirmed to me .00111 is correct too. SMH
