Well, it does suggest that cash due from the customer includes the $7655:

Monthly lease payments of $1,599 per month for 36 months is based on an adjusted capitalized cost of $110,840 (MSRP of $120,295, including destination and handling fee of $995, less $7,655 capitalized cost reduction, $0 security deposit, and suggested dealer contribution of $1,800). Actual MSRP and dealer contribution may vary and could affect your monthly lease payment. Cash due at signing includes $7,655 capitalized cost reduction, $1,599 first month's payment, $925 acquisition fee and $0 security deposit.

That isn't an incentive. That is upfront money required from the lessee (that's you).

What’s the likelihood of getting a pre built 760 below msrp? The number of these currently available in the US is very large. They aren’t selling very fast and rates are high. In my state, the number of people with orders in are very low as well. Comparatively speaking, I’ve had a new Range Rover ordered for nearly a year with no allocation date in sight. It may be another year wait. The 760 does not have that kind of supply/demand problem. Anyone seeing below msrp on a 7 series sitting in inventory?

We don't have anyway to track pricing. You can try the Price Checker link, below, for Edmunds research, but I doubt they would have much info on this relatively rare model.

Yes, in Los Angeles on the gas version. Not on the i7, which is nuts considering the discounts on the EQS.
