Would be nice to know the full breakdown of the $4305 due at signing - pretty sure the first payment is there, and it seems like the rest is cap reduction.
If you haven't leased in Texas before, be advised that you'll owe sales tax on the entire selling amount. You can pay it up front, or have it added to the payment. The same is true with the acquisition and perhaps dealer fees. This makes leasing in TX very expensive; so much so that many people decide to buy the car instead.
Also, no mention of the selling price, which is dependent on the dealer.
