Approx 10k mi/year and 39 months. Would like to know if there’s a “sweet spot” on lease term in the 36-48 mo range (I noticed from earlier post that 39 month RV is same as 36).

MSRP 63,020 cap cost 60,020 4K out of pocket, 4K on trade
He confirmed .00274 and residual of $29,619.40
sales tax rate of 6.625%
Are they on target? I'm coming up with a different monthly but maybe I'm doing the calculation wrong.

He says $60,020 is the adjusted cap cost. There are fees in the amount of $795.00. This is for the lease inception fees. Then the dealership has a documentary fee of $175.00 and non taxable fees of $843.58 for title and registration. $2984 of sales tax.

NY dealership, should be NJ sales tax as that’s where its registered. The tax and fees should be included in the payment.
