Subtract .00080 from the MF for a one pay lease.
The monies go into escrow, and are withdrawn to make the monthly payment.
If the car is stolen or totaled during the lease term, the balance of the escrow account is refunded to you.
The con is that you can't use that money for anything else - it belongs to MBFS.
