The MF on this model is .00265, so with a .00080 one-pay discount, .00185 seems just right.

2) MB allows you to lease demos (or, specifically, cars with <10K miles of the current model year, iiuc). Are the lease terms structured such that the same residuals as being offered to new cars used when leasing these demos (where the MSRP of the demo, when new, is used for computing the residual)? Or are the residuals lowered in some easy to expain way?

1. Programs expire 8/31; they may be extended through the weekend, but we won't know until Friday. 2. There will be an adjustmen to the residual to account for the current odometer reading, but we don't know the particulars. Ideally, you'd get a bigger discount from sticker to offset the lower residual, but I'm not sure in this market.
