    The MF on this model is .00265, so with a .00080 one-pay discount, .00185 seems just right.

    Thank you. What's the max a dealer can go above base MF? I'm being quoted a one pay lease MF of 0.00235 but they are willing to give me a base mf of 0.00265 with a traditional lease.

    I think the max markup allowed by MBFS is .00150.

    EQS 450 SUV AWD, 36 months, 7.5K and 10k

    Zip is 94110.

    Second, have two extra questions, in case you know the answers:

    1) do these incentives/residual/MF expire on Aug 31 (Thursday), or will they continue through the weekend (in the past, I think I recall MB not ending these incentives on the month boundary, but often going through the first weekend of the next month).

    2) MB allows you to lease demos (or, specifically, cars with <10K miles of the current model year, iiuc). Are the lease terms structured such that the same residuals as being offered to new cars used when leasing these demos (where the MSRP of the demo, when new, is used for computing the residual)? Or are the residuals lowered in some easy to expain way?

    1. Programs expire 8/31; they may be extended through the weekend, but we won't know until Friday.
    2. There will be an adjustmen to the residual to account for the current odometer reading, but we don't know the particulars. Ideally, you'd get a bigger discount from sticker to offset the lower residual, but I'm not sure in this market.

    @bill_luv2fly I'd be shocked if MBFS extended through the weekend, with the 1st being on a Friday. You can count on new programs on the 1st.

    But, that doesn't mean any specific model numbers will change. Even with a new program, they could stay the same.

    We don't have any information on Amex incentives.

    The $4500 is not an incentive, per se. It's a factory to dealer incentive that will result in a lower selling price.
