    First time leasing need help. Getting a lease for my mom and I

    I’m looking to lease a HRV for my first time but I don’t want to ruin any deals or get bad deals. Any idea how I can leverage this???

    Went to my dealer and they offered me:

    2024 Honda HRV LX AWD for 36mo:
    -MSRP: $27,380
    -MF: .00240
    -RV: 17,523.20 @12k or 17,975.60 @ 15k

    First DMV fees upfront which is $469.04 plus a 197.50 fee. $500 dealer incentive. No money down which would come to $469/ month

    Or

    2024 Honda HRV SPORT AWD for 36mo @12k

    -MSRP: $29,025
    -MF: .00240
    -RV: 18,866.25

    First DMV fees upfront which is $499.99 plus a 197.50 fee. $500 dealer incentive. No money down which would be $499/month

    Another Honda dealership quoted me

    3-4K markup almost all the same numbers except $420 payment for the Sport. I’m not sure where to go about things. Anyone know where I can get help or if anyone can assist me?

    It's possible the dealer isn't giving you the same price as the website is assuming in the calculator.

    Any lease payment is going to be high, if you can't negotiate a discount, or if the dealers are charging you more than MSRP?

    I do not see an EX trim for the 2024 HR-V.
