    Has anyone had a lease that they signed in the past couple of months? There have been no incentives on the car that I know of for awhile.

    I have gone to multiple dealerships and the lease numbers are rough for a $45k car for $0 down (aside from acquisition fee, doc fees, title, etc. and first month payment upfront (~$2000).

    I am getting numbers of around $800 per month for a 36 month, 12k miles a year. Basically $2k off MSRP.

    For a vehicle that is being discontinued and not flying off the lot like hotcakes, I am not sure how much room there is to get better numbers on the car? Maybe not leasable; strictly numbers speaking.

    Would appreciate all/any insights.

    Not a bad MF but the residual is a bummer on this vehicle, especially with no incentives and not much movement on MSRP.

    Payment looks about right, depending on sales tax rate in OC.

    The low residual is hurting this deal; nothing you can do about that.

    And, it's $5000 total out of pocket, most of which is being used as a down payment.
