The incentives include the Federal tax credits.
CO incentives are separate, and Kia doesn't break them out. Other brands include them (VW, for instance). So, the $5350 is in addition to what we give you.

They can be, but the residual value can be fudged to make it more advantageous.
If you roll taxes and fees into the payment, there are fewer payments in which to amortize those costs, making the payment more expensive.
There is no "sweet spot" for the number of miles - get what you need.
