This is what I got this from the dealership: 2024 Telluride SX Prestige X-Line MSRP $54,795. Sale Price $52,795. Money Factor .00256. Residual 69. Zippcode: 11566. $789 for 12k 36M. Zero Down but Taxes and fees paid upfront. What do you guys think?

The MF we quote is for top tier credit. When you see a quote that is exactly .00040 above that, you can be sure that is the dealer marking up the rate for extra profit.

So dealer has advertised Telluride AWD S at $389/mo. $3,819 due at signing (including $389 first mo payment, $650 acquisition fee, $2,779.08 capitalized cost reduction). MSRP: $41,485 "Offer includes $500 lease bonus cash and must be applied to reduce due at signing."
From which I'm coming up with a 38,706 sale price (41,485 MSRP - 2779).
Using all of that and your MF .00261 and RV 74% on 36/10, I am coming up with $428/mo including 6.25% MA sales tax.
Based on that, it sounds like this is a good lease special, right? Is it worth haggling over MSRP? I assume if they came down off the MSRP, then they'd just increase the MF to compensate and $389/mo is probably the best I can get.
Any thoughts, or is this not the correct forum for that?

Get an actual offer from the dealer, and see where you are.
