The payment calculation is correct.
Are they taking your current car in trade, and paying off the bank? Or, are they just forwarding the last two payments to the bank?
If it's the latter, you may be on the hook for disposition fees and damage/overmileage charges. It's important you know what's happening with that vehicle.
If they're just making the last two payments, then that's $1300 you obviously could have saved on the new vehicle.

The monthly price looks good. Just be aware that a credit union has no interest in helping you through the end-of-lease. They aren't worried about keeping you as a customer. This goes for any independent bank lease, as well.
I'm not familiar with this credit union, but you could google them for auto lease customer reviews.
