Couple of notes..
On the 24 month term, 12K/yr residual is the same as 10K/yr, so no point in signing for 24/10, when you can do 24/12.
The Turbo model will most assuredly be a better deal at 36 months than 24 months. PHEV might be a toss-up.

If they are pushing 24 months to get to your down and payment, it's because they can sell the car for a higher price and achieve the payment.
How much are you planning to put upfront? Larger amounts upfront make a 24 month payment seem like a better deal, but sometimes that is only because your upfront amount is amortized over 24 months, rather than 36.
