    Yes, we only have Honda Finance numbers

    I'd be wary of third party banks, unless the difference is substantial (and then, still be wary)

    I get $398/mo, plus tax, with those prices.

    Ask them what the adjusted cap cost is for the quote - it's likely to be different than the "Balance" of $31,926. If it is, ask them why.

    Honda dealers rarely mark up the MF, but I suppose it's possible.

    Or, they are using a different bank.

    PS, I am getting a residual of $20,380.50 using the "Market Value" as the MSRP. Confirm that number, as well.

    You have to add the dealer fee and acquisition fee to the selling price.

    And, in Texas, you pay sales tax on the entire selling price, even if you lease.

    I'm being told that residual on an EXL AWD at 36/10 is 62% from the dealer but you said 64%. I think this deal is a fuzz high -- thoughts please? Zip 55311.

    Sorry.. the correct terms are .00174 MF and 62% residual

    The payment calculation seems correct, given the numbers listed on the right side.
    I'm not familiar with MN, but are there really $620 of government fees to register a vehicle?

    $1000 in fees, plus the $595 lease acquisition fee, and that really starts to add up.
