I don't see anything close to your money factor quote
Maybe, a different trim or a different model year? Or, the dealer just picking a random number on a deal they've had recently?
I test drove the 2025 Preferred trim. My quote is at home so I can’t double check. Though we did just lease a CX-50 in August and they did the same thing with the MF - quoting a higher MF. That time I already had quotes from other dealerships and knew what the MF should be prior to walking in. A lot of them in CT seem to play that game with the MF.
